Con la participación del artista chileno Mario Navarro –quien presentará el video El Punk Triste que muestra lugares emblemáticos de la escena punk de los ochenta en Santiago-, siete destacados artistas y dos colectivos artísticos de España y Latinoamérica responden a la curatoría de José Miguel G. Cortés que busca reflexionar, mediante obras audiovisuales, sobre el crecimiento de las metrópolis contemporáneas de Iberoamérica.
